Who we are

Predoza is operated by Baytekin Media Sp. z o.o., ul. Samsonowicza 31A, 40-749 Katowice, Poland, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000512910, NIP 9542749236. Baytekin Media is the controller of personal data collected through this website. You can reach us about anything in this policy at privacy@predoza.com.

This policy covers predoza.com only. When clubs, leagues, broadcasters or brands run Predoza products for their fans, they are the controller of their fans' data and Predoza processes it on their behalf under a separate data-processing agreement.

What we collect and why

Demo requests. When you book a demo we receive your name, work email, organisation, organisation type, the products you are interested in and your message, together with technical data sent by your browser: your IP address, the country it resolves to, the page you sent the form from, the time of sending and your browser's user-agent string. We use this to answer your request, arrange a demo and keep the form free of abuse.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and protecting the form (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You confirm in the form that we may contact you; giving us this data is voluntary, but we cannot reply without it.

Visiting the site. Our hosting provider processes your IP address and request details to deliver the page and protect it against attacks. Your cookie choice is stored in your own browser so we don't ask again. This site does not currently load analytics or advertising trackers.

Who processes the data for us

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting and security.
  • Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC (Google Workspace) — storing and delivering demo requests to our inbox.

Both act as our processors under data-processing agreements. Some processing may take place outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States; such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests for 3 months after our last exchange, then delete them. If a request leads to a business relationship, the correspondence becomes part of that relationship's records and is kept as long as the law requires. Rate-limiting records (your IP address and a counter) are deleted automatically after one hour.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. To use any of these rights, email privacy@predoza.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Changes

If we change this policy we will publish the new version on this page with a new date.
